The Innovative Learning Institute (ILI) and Delaware Valley University (DVU) are working together to offer forward-thinking leaders the opportunity to develop a certificate in LGBT Workplace Inclusion. Earning this certificate will enable leaders to demonstrate their commitment to diversity and inclusion in creating a 21st work environment that includes everyone and excludes no one.
In order to earn the certificate, each student must complete all four of our LGBT Inclusion Graduate Courses with a grade of a B or higher:
- Introduction to LGBT Workplace Inclusion (3 credits)
- Advanced Issues in LGBT Workplace Inclusion (3 credits)
- Transgender Inclusion at Work (3 credits)
- Allies at Work (3 credits)
Courses will be offered online, initially a mix of synchronous and asynchronous learning. Due to our commitment to diversity and inclusion, each three-credit graduate course is offered at a discounted tuition rate of $1,325 per graduate class. MBA students can determine if courses can be transferred to their existing graduate program. Those who seek the certificate are providing themselves with critical workplace knowledge and skills while also maximizing their value to their workplace or prospective workplace.
