One of the most significant challenges to diversity education is the resistance that facilitators and trainers encounter. This training program provides workplace trainers with the necessary skills to manage resistance.
This program works with human resources or other professionals on three domains of learning: affective, behavioral and cognitive. Participants will be challenged to examine some of the ways in which their personal convictions can impact facilitation of a controversial topic within the workplace.
It is recommended that a train-the-trainer program last no less than three full days to allow for ample opportunity to examine many of the challenges to diversity education.
